Juul E-cigarettes

The Danger of Juul E-cigarettes – Side Effects and SymptomsJUUL e-cigarettes were touted as a safe alternative to cigarettes, but it turns out that was not the case.  JUUL actually can deliver more nicotine than traditional cigarettes, along with other chemicals that can cause serious health problems, including heart attack, stroke, seizure disorders or death. Unfortunately, advertisements pushing these dangerous devices and encouraging vaping, targeted teens and people trying to quit smoking. They ended up addicting teens to nicotine and creating a tough addiction to end.  The makers of JUUL offered flavors like crème brulee and mango that enticed young people to try them while suggesting that they were safe.

According to papers filed in a federal lawsuit on behalf of hundreds of injured people, “the use of e-cigarettes, including JUUL, can lead to acute and chronic lung injuries such as e-cigarette or vaping product use-associated lung injury (EVALI), lipoid pneumonia, organizing pneumonia, chemical pneumonitis, alveolar hemorrhage, bronchiolitis obliterans (popcorn lung), pneumothorax, acute respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), asthma, emphysema and COPD.” Read More

The FDA and CDC have both warned about the dangers of JUUL, particularly for teens.  Anyone who is using JUUL should try to stop immediately.
